By now, we are all aware of the gravity of the pandemic and probably exhausted from the anxiety of hearing about it all the time. While we do not want to add to the stress, we do want to let you know how we’re dealing with it at Coral Doe.
If you want to skip to the FAQs, please scroll to the end of the page.
At the moment, we are all currently working from home and we will compensate our team during this time for as long as we possibly can.
As it’s a complicated situation, these plans might change, and if so, we’ll let you know. We are closely monitoring what’s going on.
You can shop as much as you want on our website, but shipping will be delayed.
And as always, feel free to message us on Instagram, or to send any questions and thoughts to email@example.com.
Our hearts go out to the people and communities affected by this pandemic. The CD team wants to help, so if you are a government or non profit, please reach out if there is something we can do.
Coral Doe Team
Can I still shop online?
You can shop as much as you want, but due to COVID-19, shipping can be delayed for up to 4 weeks or more depending on your country and if the shipping routes from our warehouse to your country are open. Please do not place an order if you are not willing to wait for 4 weeks (or longer, since the situation is volatile and we cannot promise anything). Please note that by placing your order, you are agreeing to the COVID-19 terms and conditions that can be found here.
Should I expect a delay with my order?
We have a small and very limited team on-site and we will process all orders as quickly as possible. Since each item is made on order, and our current production team is limited, please expect shipping delays of up to 4 weeks or more depending on your country and if the shipping routes from our warehouse to your country are open. Please do not place an order if you are not willing to wait for 4 weeks (or longer, since the situation is volatile and we cannot promise anything). For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Please read our detailed return policy here. If you are unable to send back a return due to stay-at-home orders, please contact us and we will accommodate you. Please process your return as soon as you safely can.
Are you processing refunds right now? (or) When will I be refunded for my return?
We apologize for any delay on refunds. As we have a small and limited team on-site, there may be delays in your return processing. We are processing returns as quickly as possible starting with the oldest returns first. Please contact email@example.com for more information and help.
