I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We accept orders from 19th of the month to the 3rd of the next month. Orders are delivered within 1 month of placing your order. For more details, click here.
How long are shipping times?
Orders are delivered in 4 weeks. Please note that there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holiday season, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
We try our best to ship all orders on time and get them to you as soon as possible.
Why are shipping times so long?
We've worked hard to bring down our shipping times. We still have longer shipping times than other brands have to reduce the carbon footprint of shipping.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods
- Visa or Mastercard
- Bank transfer
- Advance cash payment
All payments must be made prior to purchasing the product. We do not offer payments on delivery.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no extra cost to you if you do it within 12 hours of placing the order. Send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line CANCEL.
I added an incorrect detail to my order. How can I change it?
You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing the order. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll help you out.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
My refund request was accepted. When will I be refunded?
It can take up to 2 weeks for your refund to reflect on your statement.
How will I be refunded?
- Credit and debit card purchases will be refunded to your card automatically.
- Bank transfer and cash payments will be refunded via store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. This is non negotiable.

You can also reach us via live support. If a representative is not available to assist you on live support, your query will be answered through email the next day.

Why doesn't Coral Doe have a phone number?
We do not have a call center and we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls. The Coral Doe brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are handled by staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.
